1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vivah.googiestore.in website (“Site”) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated.

3. Services

Vivah.googiestore.in is a platform to help users find matrimonial alliances. We act as an intermediary: we provide the platform, but we do not verify or guarantee the authenticity of every user profile. (Similar to how India Matrimony describes their role.) 

Users are responsible for verifying any personal details, background, or credentials of potential matches. 

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide correct information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

You agree to notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Conduct Rules / Prohibited Behaviour

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. 

Use the platform for financial solicitations (e.g., asking for money) with other members. 

Send abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content. 

Use bots, automation, or scrape our services. 

Upload content that violates IP rights, or is illegal (e.g., viruses, malware). 

Use the Site for any commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.

6. Termination / Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

On termination, your right to use the Site ceases, but certain provisions (liability, dispute resolution) survive.

7. Disclaimers / Limitation of Liability

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” 

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user profiles. User interactions are at your own risk. 

We disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of our service. 

We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a marriage or alliance.

8. Payments / Premium Services (if applicable)

If you opt for a paid membership, you agree to pay the stated fees.

Subscription fees may not be refundable if you violate Terms. 

If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the paid features.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy (see below). By agreeing to the Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is our property (or licensed to us) and protected under copyright and other laws.

11. Grievance / Complaints

We will provide a Grievance Officer as required under applicable IT-Act rules. 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use after modifications implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your State West Bengal.
